Excelrs built the booking the college uses now. Om Kumar Choubey and Suraj Kumar Yadav made mobility.lawazia.tech. This is this week's news. The site is theirs, from Excelrs, not a tool bought in from outside.

It came from a hackathon. On 3 October 2026 Excelrs ran Vibe Coding Challenge 1.0. Every team got the same problem. One Toto. A pickup, a drop, a time, and the names of the people going. If two requests want the Toto at the same time, only one can have it. The brief left out a live map, a fare, and a second vehicle.

Om and Suraj were the team called XLR8. They finished second. Their booking is the one Excelrs carried forward and put online, for real trips from the college.

What the hackathon asked for

The problem was small on purpose. A student or a staff member asks for a ride. They say where from, where to, and when. The Toto is one, so a time that is already taken does not get a second yes. Each person on the trip is marked as boarded or as missed. Later, those names are the history.

Teams had a few hours, on their own laptops, with the tools companies already use. The point was not a poster. The point was a booking that holds together when two people ask at once.

XLR8's version did that. An accepted trip holds its time. Another request that overlaps it is refused. A trip that starts when the previous one ends is allowed. The student, the staff member, and the rider are different logins. They pressed End, which means they handed the work in before the clock, and the demo ran.

That afternoon was a contest. Twelve teams, one problem, a score at the end. First place was another team. Second was XLR8. The ranking is on the Excelrs page for that day. What matters for the college now is the next step: Excelrs did not leave the booking inside the contest. Om and Suraj made it the site.

The hackathon was the afternoon. mobility.lawazia.tech is the booking the college uses.

What went online

The live door is mobility.lawazia.tech. Excelrs built it. Om and Suraj are the two who made it.

A student at the college signs in and files a trip. Pickup, drop, and time. The places are the ones the college already uses: the college, the station, the office. You are not dropping a pin on any house in the district. This is a college run. You do not phone around to learn if the Toto is free. The site says whether that time is open.

The Toto takes one trip at a time. If that hour is held, you take another time. When the trip is done, the Toto is free for the next request. The person who asked is the person who boards. A person who does not come is not written down as if they rode.

There is no dot following the driver. There is no fare on this page. If a trip has a cost, Excelrs says so at the college. The hackathon had left the fare out, and the live site has not turned this note into a rate card.

The vehicle is the same blue electric Toto from the earlier photograph, Chai Gupshup Toto, posted on 22 May. That day was chai and talk. This week is the booking. The cup and the login are different uses of one Toto.

The blue electric Toto the college books The booking is for this Toto. One vehicle, one time.

Why it is Excelrs

Excelrs is where Lawazia trains and builds. The hackathon was an Excelrs day. The two who stayed with the booking and put it on a real address are Excelrs. Nobody from outside was hired to invent a ride app and hand it over.

That is the part worth saying to someone who was not in the room. A college contest can end as a score. This one left a site. The students who book a drop from the college to the station are using work that started as a timed problem and was then finished by the same people, on the company side of the door.

Om and Suraj did not become the story because a slide said so. Their names are on the team, their build matched the problem, and the address the college opens is the one they made.

Anyone who wants the contest itself can read it on Excelrs: Vibe Coding Challenge 1.0, 3 October 2026. This note is not the scoreboard. It is the line from that afternoon to the site a student opens on a weekday.

What this is not

This is not the 22 May post. That post is the Toto being seen, with chai. This post is the booking.

This is not a claim that XLR8 won the afternoon. They finished second. First place built a strong entry too. Excelrs took XLR8's booking forward because those two are the ones who then made the live site.

This is not open to anyone who finds the link and expects a car at a pin. Excelrs adds the students. A stranger is in the wrong system.

This is not a second Toto, and it is not live tracking. One vehicle. One trip at a time. If the time is gone, it is gone until the Toto is free.

Where to start

Open mobility.lawazia.tech.

If you are with Excelrs at the college, book the pickup and the drop there. Say where you are, where you are going, and when. If that time is already held, take the next one.

The site is this week's news. The hackathon that it came from was 3 October. The Toto itself was already on the road in May. Three dates, one vehicle, and the booking is the new part.
